I ordered a pair of trousers from UK Fashion for the first time because I had read so many good reviews. Unfortunately, it turned out that there was a hole in the trousers when they were delivered. But it was dealt with super quickly and perfectly by UK Fashion's customer service, even though new trousers were more expensive (because of the special offer price) they were delivered free of charge.
