Exchange and Return
Would you like to exchange or return your purchase? We're here to help! We allow exchanges or returns up to 30 days after the delivery date.
Exchanges - Ordered the wrong size? It happens! We'll help you get the right size as quickly as possible:

Send us an email at info@uk-fashion.co with your order number and the desired size, and we will inform you of your exchange options.

Depending on your choice, the new size can be on its way to you within 24 hours!
Returns - Want to return an item? That's possible too! For returns, please follow these steps:

Send us an email at info@uk-fashion.co with your order number + name and the reason for the return, and we will provide you with return instructions.

We will send you a return form. Please fill it out as clearly as possible and include it with your return package.

Send your package back to the carrier of your choice within 14 days of receipt. Returns must be sent to our central warehouse in China. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Once your return has been received at our warehouse, we will process your return within 10 business days. Our returns department will keep you updated via email.
For items purchased on sale or at a discount, Lumande does not offer refunds. These items can only be exchanged for another item from the collection or redeemed for store credit.
We reserve the right to reject returned items if we suspect the items have been used or damaged without our fault.
Only unworn and tagged products can be returned.
Defective or damaged product? We'll sort it out! Defective goods will be replaced immediately and always free of charge and do not need to be returned, but proof with a photo is required before a refund or free return can be processed.
Never return the package directly to the sender; we will send you the correct address after you request it. You, as the customer, are responsible for the return shipping costs of the product.

Cancellation Policy
Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions if the consumer is a natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are not primarily attributable to their commercial or self-employed professional activity:
A. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS Right of Withdrawal The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item.
Since we operate with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after ordering. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery, and a refund is only possible after receipt of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Lumande) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., via email). The withdrawal is only effective once the goods have been received by us. The buyer bears the cost of returning the goods.
Tracking Shipments in Transit
Since our goods are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times that are beyond our control. If the goods are already on their way to you, a cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive the goods and then return them to us. Of course, you can inform us of your cancellation in advance. To ensure the fastest possible return, we ask that you send us a shipping confirmation.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, excluding the delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract and the receipt of the goods. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.
Please note that the return is at your own cost. All returns are sent to our central warehouse in Asia.
